Standard Flat Plates - Machine Finished Our plates are available in grey smooth-hammerite finish - with no markings other than the plate weights (in kg). Individual plates sizes are 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 3.75 kg, 5 kg from which we can make up the dumbbells of your choice.
You can construct dumbbells to your individual requirements - ranging in weight from 2.5 kg to 90 kg in 2.5 kg increments, with straight or ergo handles. Buy one pair or a whole set. Dumbbell plates are available cast in kg only.
