The Body-Solid^® Modular Power Center, Half Cage with Gun Rack (GBF48HP5S).
The Half-Cage Gym System is the next chapter in self-spotting freeweight design. It features a 4-position heavy gauge steel Gunrack that offers full-length vertical lift-off points for easy racking access every 4 inches. User safety is provided by extra-long 16" Safeties. Fully adjustable, these Safeties are constructed from 11-gauge steel to handle enormous shock loads without failure. High / Low Pulley system features no-cable change design for faster workouts. The Flat / Incline Decline Bench is designed to offer a full range of workout capabilities. With the addition of the Preacher Curl, Leg Develper and Pec Dec Staiton, you have a complete system to provide you with the ability to perform over 50 exercises.
Freeweight workouts are more efficient than ever with this half-cage system, as downtime has been greatly reduced with this advanced design. Users can walk the barbell up and down the rack without the need to remove the weight plates, saving your energy for your workout and your time for yourself. No matter what your goal is you just can't beat this system for simplicity, safety and versatility. Backed by a Warranty that will last you a lifetime, you can shop with the confidence that you are getting the best from your workouts as well as your wallet. Barbell, weights and collars optional.
