The Hex Bar SQMIZE® OB82 HB takes your training to a whole new level. The walk-through design allows you to step in comfortably and enjoy maximum freedom of movement. This allows you to perform deadlifts, farmer's walks, shrugs, or dynamic exercises such as jump squats and lunges with a more natural posture and increased safety. 

The bar really shows its strengths during deadlifts: since the center of gravity of the load is in line with your body, the lower back is relieved and the movement becomes more efficient. This makes it attractive not only for beginners, but also for experienced athletes from weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman who want to increase strength and explosiveness in a targeted manner. 

The two precisely knurled handles with diameters of 28.5 mm and 35.5 mm give you either full control or more comfort when lifting heavy weights. Thanks to integrated swivel joints, the handles move in a way that is particularly gentle on the wrists. The solid 50 cm long hard chrome sleeves offer plenty of space for your bumper plates. Rounded feet make loading and unloading pleasantly easy and ensure that the bar is ready for use in seconds.
