The length, steel and knurling of the 32 mm German Squat Bar SQMIZE® OB94PL-SB are specially tailored to squat training. The length is 240 cm. The 32 mm bar and the special steel with a tensile strength of 220,000 PSI ensure simply perfect squats with a balanced whip. At the same time, IPF markings and center knurling with a depth of 1.2 mm have a good but skin-friendly grip. With this special bar you will experience a new dimension of squat training.

Our weight bars are provided with a protective layer of oil and foil at the factory. Remove the oil with a dry, soft cloth before using for the first time. Further care instructions can be found on the package insert or in our “5 step guide to the right 50 mm barbell”.
