The Powerlifting Bar SQMIZE® ELITE CLUB OB86PL-HTst Quantum is a competition barbell – developed for demanding Powerlifting. With its 29 mm shaft made from stainless steel, Elite Bronze Bushings and IPF marking at 810 mm, it offers everything you need for squats, bench presses and deadlifts. The sharp knurling provides maximum grip, while the centre knurling ensures secure positioning on the back. Francesco Virzi, former National Coach of the BVDK Powerlifting Federation, confirms after extensive testing: “A standardised bar, ideal for Powerlifting Home Gyms and smaller competitions – highly loadable, with solid grip and unbeatable value for money.”
High-Performance Stainless Steel with Certified Load Capacity
The OB86PL-HTst Quantum is manufactured from corrosion-resistant specialty steel (stainless steel) containing chromium, molybdenum and silicon. With a tensile strength of 229,452 PSI and a yield strength of 215,145 PSI (both values certified by an independent German testing laboratory), the bar withstands a static load of up to 900 kg (1,980 lbs). Perfect for heavy sets during competition training – without compromising on stability or durability.
Precise Bearing System and Optimised Spin
Four oversized Elite Bronze Bushings provide the characteristic Powerlifting spin: controlled, smooth and easy to maintain. The bar remains stable throughout the movement and does not run ahead – exactly what you need for squats, bench presses and deadlifts. The sleeves are coated with Hard Chrome, providing very high wear and corrosion protection.
Grip, Knurling and Markings
The shaft has a diameter of 29 mm – the Powerlifting standard. We have worked on achieving that “solid” grip. The current sharp knurling provides very good grip, while the centre knurling offers additional support on the back. The IPF marking at 810 mm enables regulation-compliant gripping. The bar is secured with high-quality SQMIZE® Dual Snap Ring end caps.

Hochwertige Stange zu einem angemessenen Preis
Ich habe die Stange als Allrounder zum Powerlifting zu Hause bestellt. Anstatt mehrere Stangen über die Jahre zu kaufen, wollte ich stattdessen eine hochwertige, die mich lange begleitet und die Stange macht den Eindruck, dass sie das leisten wird. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und die Pflege aufgrund des Edelstahls nicht zu aufwendig. Der Grad der Körnung ist ebenfalls angenehm für die Hände ohne auf Kosten der Griffkraft zu gehen.

Super Stange
Die Stange ist genau was ich gesucht habe, hochwertiger Edelstahl mit einer nicht zu scharfen Rändelung. Ist den Aufpreis gegenüber den lackierten Stangen wert.
