The Jerk Blocks SQMIZE® JBR36 each consist of 4 individual solid wooden blocks. Precise dimensions ensure convenient stackability and a firm connection. The dropping plate has a height of 7 cm. This is followed by the blocks in heights of 15, 30 and 38 cm. They can be freely combined up to a height of 90 cm. The solid multiplex wood construction is designed for professional training. The Jerk Blocks can be loaded up to over 500 kg and are extremely stable. The height can be increased from 90 to 104 cm on request. The JBR-AO expansion modules are optionally available for this.
