The Heavy Jump Rope SQMIZE® SRS Training stainless steel is an ideal training rope in high quality. The 100% aluminum handle with a knurled surface offers a perfect grip. The rope is made of stainless steel. The bronze pivot bearings are oil-impregnated and therefore maintenance-free. It is ideal for warm-up training and ambitious endurance training. It can also be used to prepare for specific sports such as boxing. Training with the jump rope causes effective fat burning. It is unique in its combination of higher weight and fast rotation.
