The monolift brings the barbell into the correct starting position for squats and other exercises. Putting down the barbell is very easy thanks to the open construction of the hooks. A backstop prevents the lift from swinging. Nylon elements protect the barbell from metal contact. Plastic inserts on all three contact surfaces protect the uprights of the power rack. The solid design is good for weights of over 450 kg. The monolift is suitable for all barbells with a grip width of 115 cm or more.
