Thigh and foot strap SQMIZE® FT100-A

The SQMIZE® TF100-A thigh and foot loop was designed to train the hips, buttocks and thighs at traction stations. It targets the gluteal muscles as well as the abductor and adductor muscles. Training with this combo loop simultaneously trains the connective tissue in these regions. The piece is easily adjustable as well as having a comfortable neoprene lining. The use on the thigh and ankle offers a wide range of exercises overall. These include: Ab crunches, knee raises, leg raises, abductors, adductors, kickbacks and much more.
