The cushion of the Reverse Hyper in the dimensions 100 x 56 cm with a thickness of 7 cm ensures comfortable exercise. Two solid flange bearings ensure a smooth, studio-quality workout.
This Reverse Hyper provides a highly effective and biomechanical workout for the midsection and legs. The back thigh, gluteal and hip muscles are intensively targeted during training.
