The two-hole design and the surface structure ensure a first-class grip. The OPT weight plates fit all weight bars with 50 mm sleeves. This weight plate can also be used on weight machines with 50 mm plate holders, such as lat pulldown, multi press, calf machine, leg extension/flexion, etc. The weight deviation of about 1% is very low for cast iron.
