The Power Rack Monolift SQMIZE® SQ300ML expands the possibilities of the Power Racks of the SQMIZE® SQ300 series. This high-quality tool is simply hooked into the power rack and secured with a steel pin. The monolift always brings the barbell into the right position for squats and other core exercises. Walkouts are no longer necessary. The barbell is very easy to put down thanks to the open construction of the holders. The construction is suitable for all barbells with a grip width of 125 cm or more. This monolift is equipped with a backstop that prevents the lift from swinging unnecessarily. The design allows weights of over 450 kg.
