The professional Squat Rack SQMIZE® POWER PACK SQ510LITE has unique selling points. It has the narrow 1 inch hole pattern with a distance from hole centre to hole centre of 2.5 cm. It is also equipped with high-quality sandwich J-cups and laser-cut numbering. If you don't want to sacrifice professionalism in a small space, this is your first choice. With a height of 184 cm, the Squat Rack is also suitable for low rooms. 50 dumbbell heights offer a wide range of exercises and exercise variations. The narrow 1 inch hole pattern is more expensive to manufacture than the usual 2 inch hole pattern; however, it clearly offers more variety and fine tuning. Two 50 mm receptacles are used to store Olympia weight plates. Other optional attachments such as the SQ506SA spotter arms, dip horn or the use of band pegs for resistance bands extend the functionality of this ultra-stable and compact professional squat rack.
