The solid sandwich J-cups and spotter arms can be easily and securely attached.
Integrated nylon pads on J-cups and spotter arms protect your barbell and reduce noise – for durability and a more comfortable training experience.
The spotter arms offer a generous storage area of 58 cm (total length 68 cm) for maximum safety.

Integrated weightlifting platform:

The weightlifting platform made of high-quality bamboo (226 cm long, 105 cm wide), which is permanently attached to the rack, provides a stable, shock-absorbing, and non-slip base.
The additional 8 rubber mats (each 50 x 50 cm, 30 mm thick) provide optimal noise and vibration damping during weightlifting.
