The Shrimp Trawler Creates an Ideal Gym Ring Station!

The SQMIZE® Shrimp Trawler MR-STS is used for training with gym rings. It expands the span of the SQMIZE® Monster Rigs and MPR Racks and promotes versatility without taking up more space. The shrimp trawler can be easily attached to the SQMIZE® Monster Rig or MPR Rack. With it, there is a new training area for gym ring training including muscle-ups, dips, ring push-ups and ring rows. The solid construction with 5 mm steel thickness ensures high stability and safety for training. The SQMIZE® Gym Ring Hangers MR-ST are the ideal attachment for all types of gym rings.

Safety instructions: The rig must be firmly and securely screwed to the ground so that the shrimp trawler can be used!
The trawler must have a sufficient distance from the next trawler so that there is no collision during the training of the athletes!
The training area around the shrimp trawler should be without obstacles. J-Cups and other accessories should be removed!
