The Trap Bar SQMIZE® OBH83S is the slightly smaller brother of the Monster Trap Bar OBH89R. It's ideal for deadlifts, squats, bent-over rows, bench presses, shrugs, and more. The handles on both levels are knurled. During the workout, the athlete can rotate from one grip level to another. The sleeves length of 37 cm enables a high training weight even when using bumper plates.
