The Iso-Lateral Lever Multipress Station SQMIZE® POWER PACK MP7i combines the advantages of using free weights with the safety of the guided movement of a machine. Thanks to the two 17-way adjustable lever arms, the machine can be adapted precisely to your body size and needs. The great flexibility enables exercises such as bench presses, incline bench presses, shoulder presses and bent-over rowing with one or two arms. The lever arms can be moved both unilaterally and bilaterally. For bilateral training, the arms are fixed in place with the enclosed metal pin. Four solid flange bearings ensure smooth movement as well as high load capacity and durability. The 12 inclination angles of the bench enable a change from flat bench press to incline bench press in just a few seconds. In the highest position, the backrest cushion is almost vertical and is therefore perfect for shoulder presses. The MP7i can be extended to include exercises such as dips, leg extensions, preacher curls and sit-ups using the optional add-ons.

Qualität und Verarbeitung ist Top. Aufbau kann sehr gut alleine gemacht werden. Super Gerät um gezielt die Brustmuskeln anzusteuern.
