The Iso-Lateral Lever Multigym Station SQMIZE® POWER PACK LMG9i is a versatile powerhouse for functional strength training with precise movement control. It combines the effectiveness of free weights with the safety of guided lever arms. Whether bench press, incline bench, shoulder press or bent-over row – the two independently movable lever arms can be adjusted to 14 different heights, offering maximum adaptability for every training level.
With an integrated lat pulldown and rowing station and a complete monkey bar for pull-ups, the LMG9i takes your training to a new level. The versatile grip options allow for different types of pull-ups, while the height-adjustable knee and foot pads ensure controlled movement during lat pulldowns and rowing. With the included crossbar, which can be easily attached to the handles via 2 loops, you can even perform squats or similar exercises.
The lever arms can be used unilaterally or bilaterally – for symmetrical training or targeted unilateral correction. For bilateral use, the arms are simply connected via a metal pin (included). Four high-quality flange bearings per arm ensure smooth movement under high loads.
The MP7i-B incline bench, which can be adjusted to 12 different angles from flat to almost vertical, completes the station. It is included in the scope of delivery.

Super aber mit Einschraenkung
Vorab: Hab zum ersten Mal hier bestellt und Lieferung ging deutlich schneller als angegeben. Die Multistation kam auf einer Palette und die Verpackung war so lala. Der Aufbau ging alleine und hat 2-3 Stunden gedauert. Die Station ist super und bietet echt tolle Moeglichkeiten zum trainieren. Alles laesst sich schnell wie gewuenscht umstecken, man kann auch Latzug/Press im Supersatz machen ohne Probleme.
Ich musste einen Adapter hinten anbringen, um ausreichend Gewicht fuer Latzug/Rudern zu haben. Die Umsetzung ist 2:1, schoener waere natuerlich 1:1 aber das ist vermutlich schwieriger moeglich. Ein ziemlich Mangel war allerdings die qualitative Verarbeitung der Schweißnaehte, wodurch der Turm ansich schief war. Dadurch auch die MonkeyBar quasi nicht brauchbar. Andere Hersteller verwenden fuer das "Z-Teil" hinten ein durchgehendes Stueck, wodurch diese Problematik nicht auftreten kann. Allerdings war der Kundenservice extrem freundlich und ist mir preislich entgegengekommen. Dadurch bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
