The SQ-S955-LBS expands the S955 accessory line for our all-in-one machines with a combined seat station for lat pulldowns and leg extensions. For those working out in a studio or home gym with limited space, this unit offers two key training functions in a compact design: a vertical lat pulldown for the back and shoulder girdle, and a leg extension for the quadriceps—both combined in a single seated position, eliminating the need for multiple individual machines. 

Construction and Dimensions 

With a depth of approx. 100 cm, a height of approx. 90 cm, and a width of approx. 50 cm, the SQ-S955-LBS fits seamlessly into even compact training areas. The frame is constructed from 75 x 75 mm steel tubing, and the total weight is 18.5 kg. This material thickness ensures the necessary stability during dynamic pulling movements and under load on the leg extension, without making the machine unnecessarily heavy. 

Seat Pad and Comfort 

The seat pad is width-adjustable from 22 to 28 cm, with a length of 39 cm and a pad thickness of 6.5 cm. This adjustability allows for individual adaptation to different body sizes and ensures a stable, low-pressure seating position—both during the lat pull-down movement and when performing leg extensions. 

Lat Pull-Down Function: Knee Pads and Height Adjustment 

For the lat pull-down function, a knee pad measuring 20 cm in length and 14.5 cm in diameter ensures a secure hold on the legs during the pulling movement. The pad is mounted on a frame made of 40 x 40 mm steel tubing and is adjustable to 5 different heights. This allows the position to be precisely adjusted to the user’s leg length, ensuring that the upper body remains stable during the lat pull-down and that the pulling motion can be performed in a controlled manner. 

Leg Extension Function: Roller and Depth Adjustment 

The leg extension arm is equipped with a roller that is 20 cm long and 12 cm in diameter; the frame is constructed from 60 x 60 mm steel tubing. Depth adjustment is available in 5 positions, allowing the lever arm to be adapted to the user’s individual leg length. A correctly adjusted depth is crucial for proper movement execution and even stress distribution on the knee joints during the extension movement. 

Leg Pad: Roller and Height Adjustment 

In addition, the leg pad—also featuring a roller 20 cm long and 12 cm in diameter—provides support for the lower leg. The frame measures 45 x 45 mm, and the height can be adjusted to 8 different positions. This fine gradation allows for precise adjustment to different leg lengths and ensures that the range of motion during extension is neither restricted nor overloaded.
