SQMIZE® MG110 Multi-Angle Performance Handles – Set of 3 Handles for Cable Machines and Functional Trainers
One handle rarely fits every exercise perfectly. When rowing, you want a narrow, neutral grip; for lat pulldowns, a wide, fanned-out grip; and for face pulls, something in between. The SQMIZE® MG110 Multi-Angle Performance Handles set solves this with three grip widths in one set—and with swiveling handle bodies that follow every movement instead of restricting it.
Swiveling Handles: The Angle Adjusts Itself
Each handle bar is suspended on the center bar via two pivot points. As you pull, the handle rotates with you and automatically finds the position where your wrist, elbow, and shoulder are aligned. You no longer have to compensate against a rigid metal part but can work through the full range of motion. This is particularly noticeable at the end of the pull, when your shoulder blades come together and a fixed grip would otherwise cause your wrist to bend.
Three grip widths for three pulling directions
The small grip measures 33 cm and keeps the hands close together—the position for heavy rowing with maximum lat control. The medium grip, at 52 cm, corresponds to roughly shoulder-width pulling and is the all-rounder for cable rowing, face pulls, and one-arm variations. The large handle, at 68 cm, significantly widens the pull angle and is suitable for wide lat pulls as well as exercises where you’re consciously working on external rotation.
All three run through the same central mounting point and can be attached with carabiners to any cable machine, functional trainer, or tower with a standard attachment point. Switching takes just seconds—you stay in the rhythm of your set instead of searching for accessories.
Handle Design and Construction
The handles measure 30 mm in diameter with a 12 cm grip length, 11.5 cm of which is knurled. This is the area where your hand actually rests—so the knurling covers the entire contact surface and not just a portion of it. The diameter is intentionally larger than that of a standard barbell bar: it fills the hand better and distributes the pressure more widely, which helps conserve grip strength during long pull sets. The handles and center bar are made of 6 mm-thick material, and the center bar is 25 mm wide throughout.
Weighing 1.9 to 2.5 kg depending on size, the handles sit comfortably in the hand without getting in the way when set down. The hammered finish on the center bar visually contrasts with the polished handles and is resistant to the scratches that are inevitable in everyday gym use.
