The TBR44i does not force you into a rigid position. With a total of **ten different handle positions**—five straight and five parallel—you can isolate every fiber of your upper back muscles. The handle width is adjustable in 5 positions, allowing you to find the optimal training angle for your latissimus, trapezius, and rear shoulders. The non-slip knurling ensures **maximum grip** and a direct feeling of power.
