Checklist & to-dos for beginner exercisers
Choose a weight that suits your ability level. If in doubt, you should opt for the lighter weight. Learn the correct execution - ideally under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Only increase the intensity/weight once you have really mastered an exercise. A stable posture is essential to avoid injuries during swing exercises. Pay attention to your surroundings. You need sufficient space and a stable, non-slip surface. Breathe consciously and in a controlled manner during the exercise. Warm up thoroughly to avoid injury. Use high-quality kettlebells with non-slip handles, such as the professional series from SQMIZE®.
