It helps to adopt the ergonomically correct position for all squats. The generously and solidly designed belt squat machine from SQMIZE® knows no limits. The freedom of movement of the athlete is exemplary. The roughened steel platform in the XXL format of 104 x 114 cm contributes to this. The starting position of the slide can be adjusted in two ways. The ergonomic handles are adjustable in five positions. The bench rack has a height of 120 cm. The safety bars with nylon protection can be adjusted 13 times in height from 51 - 111 cm. They can be used for deadlifts, for example. There are 16 adjustment options for the four bandpegs to increase the resistance on deadlifts.
