The Rowing Machine SQMIZE® SRM440 sets a new quality standard in the class of compact weight machines. Given your training discipline, this weight machine guarantees a quick and visible strengthening of your upper body with a focus on the lats, back, triceps and biceps. The modern design ensures full muscle penetration and a generous range of motion. The seat, chest pad and handles can be individually adjusted to your size. The left and right side can be loaded independently. The construction ensures a balanced unilateral and bilateral training. Muscular imbalances are avoided, existing imbalances in the back muscles can be eliminated with this device. The pads are reinforced and ensure the correct position so that you can stretch forward as much as possible. Different grip variants ensure varied and targeted training.

Tolles Teil, für schmales Geld.
Eine wahre Bereicherung für das Home Gym!
Das Gerät kommt ordentlich verpackt, der Aufbau ist (alleine) in ca. 20 Minuten erledigt. Die Bauweise, als auch die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit ist ordentlich und massiv.
Bewegungsabläufe sind flüssig und solide.
Ein schweres Training für den oberen Rücken ist damit realisierbar :-)
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag (nächstes Modelljahr?): Wenn ca. 20 cm unter den bereits vorhandenen, drehbaren, Hufgriffen noch mal Griffmöglichkeiten angebracht wären, wäre auch ein so genanntes „Low-Row“, also ein tiefes rudern für den Latissimus möglich. Die jetzige Belastung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf den oberen Rücken, mit Schultern und Nacken.
Trotz allem, ein sehr zu empfehlendes Trainingsgerät!

Top product!
Ik woon in Nederland en was opzoek naar een goede rugtrainer. In Nederland zijn dergelijke producten bijna twee keer zo duur en had al eerder via Simpleproducts besteld.
Over het product:
* Zeer eenvoudig te monteren.
* Zeer stabiel en stevig.
* Geruisloos én soepel tijdens gebruik.
* De prijs/kwaliteit is verbluffend te noemen.
Ik raad dit product zeer zeker aan! Je krijgt waar voor je geld!
