The Curl Bench SQMIZE® CB5i First Edition has everything that distinguishes a good curl bench. The curl bench isolates the upper arm muscles like no other tool. It minimizes the strain on the elbows. In this way, the biceps can be built up and expanded in a targeted manner. The seat and curl desk are very well padded and can be individually adjusted in height. The bar rests are lined with nylon pads to protect the curl bar. Steel profiles in the format of 50 x 50 and 50 x 70 cm ensure an extremely stable construction.

Für den Preis sehr gut
Für 200 € kann man keine Studio-Qualität erwarten, wo Curlbänke 400 € und mehr kosten. Aber wer ein solides, gut verarbeitete Curlbank für zuhause sucht, ist mit dieser gut bedient. Stabilität ist gut und die Veränderungsmöglichkeiten von Sitzfläche und Armpolster ebenfalls (meiner Wahrnehmung nach ist die Qualität hier ähnlich gut wie bei ATX Geräten, aber weniger gut als bei Gym80). Ein Kritikpunkt meinerseits ist, dass die Ablageflächen für die SZ-Curlstange sehr weit auseinander liegen, so dass eine normale Hantel mit 50 mm Gewichtsaufnahme gerade so draufßasst. Hier wären ca. 3-4 cm weniger Breite doch vorteilhaft. Nichtsdestrotrotz habe ich den Kauf nicht bereut. Sehr positiv kann ich auch die schnelle Lieferung hervorheben.
