Exercises with the Wall-Mounted Cable Pull SQMIZE® Power Pack FPT250.
- Resistance squats: Stand facing the cable pull for the SQMIZE® Power Pack FPT250 wall mount, grasp the handle or bar at hip height and perform a squat by pushing your hips back and lowering yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Now push yourself back up through your heels while the cable machine provides constant resistance, keeping the muscles under tension. This is an optimal exercise for the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings.
- Lat pulldown: Sit on a weight bench in front of the cable tower and grasp the bar with a wide grip. Pull the bar toward your chest, bringing your elbows down and back. Return the bar in a controlled manner.
- Triceps pushdowns: Stand facing the cable pulley, grasp a rope, and push it down until your arms are extended.
- Cable crunch (cable crunches): Kneel in front of the wall-mounted cable station SQMIZE® Power Pack FPT250, grasp the rope above your head and pull it down while tensing your abs as if you were doing a crunch. Slowly return and repeat as you like.

Super Preisleistungsverhältnis!!!
Klasse Gerät für den Heimbereich,massiv gebaut, klasse für niedrige Deckenhöhen,passt in jeden Keller.
Einfach aufzubauen und gut in der Funktion,auch bei schweren Gewichten.
