Bumper Plates
Premium Bumper Plates by SQMIZE® - Eight series with the WOW effect!
Benefits of training with bumper plates:
- Floor-friendly and quiet: Bumper plates are made of high-quality solid rubber, which makes them extremely durable and at the same time gentle on the floor. Whether you're training at the gym or at home, you can drop the weights after a set without worrying about the floor. The material absorbs the impact, minimizing noise.
- Durable and resilient: Another major advantage of bumper plates is their durability. The robust solid rubber can withstand regular, intense weight training, so you can rely on a long service life. The quality of the 50mm bumper plates really pays off during exercises such as deadlifts, where the weights are dropped more frequently.
- Flexible training: Thanks to the standardized hole diameter of 50 mm, bumper plates fit almost any barbell bar, making them extremely versatile. Whether for squats, deadlifts, presses or shoulder presses – bumper plates are suitable for a wide range of strength exercises. And thanks to the uniform diameter of the weight plates, regardless of the weight, the barbell is always at the same height, which makes it easier to perform many exercises.
- Color-coding for easy orientation: Most SQMIZE® bumper plates are color-coded, making it easy to see the appropriate weight plates at a glance. This saves time and energy, especially during competitions or intense training sessions.

Effective training exercises with Bumper Plates
- Squats: The squat is one of the most effective exercises for the lower body. It works the thighs, glutes, and lower back. With bumper plates, you can ensure that the weight is distributed evenly and you can easily put the barbell down after the set.
- Deadlifts: Deadlifts are an essential exercise for strengthening the entire body, especially the lower back, legs and abs. Cleans: Cleans are an explosive exercise that combines strength and speed. This movement primarily activates the shoulders, back and legs.
- Bench Press: The bench press is a classic for training the chest, shoulders and triceps. Bumper plates allow you to work safely and consistently while keeping the barbell in a stable position.
- Shoulder press (overhead press): The shoulder press specifically strengthens the shoulders and upper back. Here, too, bumper plates offer the advantage of allowing you to safely put down the bar if you can no longer control the weight.
