It reduces unnecessary movements before the actual lift and automatically brings the barbell into the ideal starting position – without walkout. This allows you to concentrate fully on technique and strength. Thanks to its open design, barbell bars can be stored easily and safely. The integrated backstop prevents the barbell from swinging after being placed down and ensures maximum stability. Whether squats, bench presses or overhead presses – this monolift makes your home gym significantly more efficient.
