The Professional Power Rack SQMIZE® SQ7.04 model 2022 has some improvements. It is equipped with monkey bar and pull-up bar. New safety bars simplify handling. J-cups and safety bars have clearly set themselves apart from other solutions thanks to their easy handling. They are also lined with nylon protectors to protect the barbell. The new SQ7.04 is wider and deeper than the previous model. The SQ7.0 series presents technical features that are otherwise only found in more expensive power racks. These include: A professional base frame with high-quality workmanship and quality. The 189 cm high power rack offers 26 numbered height positions. We use steel in steel constructions that significantly reinforce the corner points. In addition, our vertical main supports are not only bolted, but also welded. These are all subtleties that you don't see at first glance. However, we stick to our cautious statement of the maximum load of 350 kg. The power racks of the SQMIZE® SQ7 series are expandable. 1. Stability
We use so-called inserts in the SQ7.0 Power Rack series. It‘s a steel-in-steel construction that significantly reinforces the corner points. In addition, our vertical main beams are not only screwed, but also welded. These are all subtleties that cannot be seen at first glance.
Despite these reinforcing measures, we are sticking to our cautious value of the weight load of a maximum of 350 kg. Obviously, there is currently a trend to increase these values.
2. Large Training Area Inside the Rack

Keine Mängel, Top Stabilität, Böses Design
Ich habe für meinen Keller ein Rack gesucht, welches eine geringe Höhe hat.
Bin auf die SQMIZE Produkte und wurde seitdem nicht enttäuscht.
Das Rack passt mit den 189cm (ohne Monkey Bar) perfekt in den Raum.
Die Qualität und Stabilität möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Alle Schweißnähte sind top, die pulverbeschichtung makellos und es wackelt absolut nichts!
Aufbau ging trotz explosionszeichnung schnell und leicht von der Hand, lediglich eine Ratsche und einen Schraubenschlüssel hatte ich benutzt.
Nach 3 Monaten Benutzung find ich das Design jedesmal aufs neue sehr gelungen, das Teil sieht brutal aus!
Die Erweiterbarkeit war mir zusätzlich auch wichtig.
Der Latzug ist eine Super Ergänzung und war auch jeden Cent wert.
Gewichtscheibenauflage, Jammer Arms usw werde ich mir definitiv auch alles noch zulegen.

In dieser Preisklasse findet man kein hochwertigeres Rack als dieses
Ich habe das Rack mit einer Höhe von 197cm genommen, da ich mir aktuell in meiner Garage ein Home Gym einrichte. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass es mich komplett überzeugt hat. Für diesen Preis findet man selten eine derartige Qualität. Es quitscht nicht, es wackelt nicht und es fühlt sich absolut stabil und hochwertig an. Absolute Empfehlung für jedes Home Gym! Werde mein Gym nun nach und nach mit den Produkten von simpleproducs erweitern.

Stabiles Rack mit viel Zubehör
Stabiles Rack mit sehr viel Zubehör. Man sollte aber bei der Bestellung auch darauf achten, dass genug Platz für das ganze Zubehör ist. Monolift, Dip Horn, Lever Arms etc. können sich ansonsten auch in die Quere kommen, so dass man zum Umbauen vor einer Übung gezwungen ist.
Die Teile sind vernünftig verarbeitet und wirken sehr stabil. Insgesamt top Rack mit klarer Empfehlung!

Perfektes Rack für niedrige Räume inkl. Zubehör! TOP
Habe mir das Rack aufgrund von meinem niedrigen Keller gekauft. War sehr leicht aufzubauen und ist sehr stabil. Inklusive den sämtlichen Zubehörteilen wie J Hocks and Safetys sowie Monkeybar und Klimmzugstange einfach perfekt. Habe bereits einige Einheiten absolviert und muss sagen es entspricht meinen Ansprüchen. Preis Leistung absolut Top und optisch ein echter Kracher! Auch die Abwicklung und die Fragen von meiner Seiten wurden schnell und prompt erledigt.

Wenn die Decke es her gibt, gerne eine Nummer größer
Super verarbeitet, nichts wackelt, kein knarzen. Alles gut verpackt, super freundlicher Service vor Ort.
Einen Halben Stern Abzug, da das Rack an einigen Stellen bereits abgeplatzte Farbe hatte, was durch die Beschichtung schwer selbst korrigiert werden kann.
Nächstes mal würde ich das 213cm Modell nehmen, jetzt ist der Latzug teilweise etwas „nah“ oben.

Überragendes Power Rack
Ich habe vor einigen Wochen mein homegym eingerichtet und alle Produkte (Rack, Langhntelstange, Kurzhanteln, Hantelbank, Gewichte etc) bei SimpleProducts bestellt. Sehr guter Service bei Rückfragen, schnelle Lieferung und alles von starker Qualität. Das Rack bietet über viele Grundübungungen hinaus viele Möglichkeiten und ist perfekt für das Training Zuhause. Sehr gutes Rack
Stabiles Rack. Ich habe es wegen der geringen Deckenhöhe im Keller gekauft. es war unkompliziert aufzubauen. Trotz der niedrigen Höhe ist es stabil und wackelt nicht. Bei etwas größeren Leuten (1.90) ist die oberste Stufe für squats evtl. ein bisschen niedrig aber das ist bei der Größe zu erwarten. Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Stabiles Rack für's Hobby
Ich habe mich für das SQ 7.04 eigentlich nur entschieden, weil die Deckenhöhe in der Garage kein anderes Rack zugelassen hat. Trotz angegebenerLieferzeit von 25-30 Tagen war das Rack innerhalb von 10 Tagen zu Hause. Das Rack lässt sich super einfach zusammenbauen und man braucht weder ein Paar zusätzlicher Hände noch spezielles Werkzeug, zwei 17er Malschlüssel reichen aus. Ich mehr als positiv überrascht, dass ich trotz der geringen Höhe von 2,05m, noch Klimmzüge am Rack machen kann, ohne mich an der Decke zu stoßen. Zudem war ich mich unsicher, wie kippelsicher das Rack ist. Das Rack überzeug aber auch an diesem Punkt ohne in der Wand oder im Boden verankert zu werden.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, was jedoch nörgeln auf hohen Niveau ist, ist die Tatsache, dass die Maße der Pakete nicht auf der Seite ersichtlich sind. Ich persönlich habe das Rack nach Hause liefern lassen und musste es mit dem Auto in die Garage fahren (Garage hat keine eigene Anschrift und liegt in einem Garagenkomplex). Diese Info wäre für eine bessere Planung vom Vorteil.
Es wird auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Produkt sein, was ich hier kaufe.
