The Professional Power Rack SQMIZE® SQ7.04 model 2022 has some improvements. It is equipped with monkey bar and pull-up bar. New safety bars simplify handling. J-cups and safety bars have clearly set themselves apart from other solutions thanks to their easy handling. They are also lined with nylon protectors to protect the barbell. The new SQ7.04 is wider and deeper than the previous model. The SQ7.0 series presents technical features that are otherwise only found in more expensive power racks. These include: A professional base frame with high-quality workmanship and quality. The 189 cm high power rack offers 26 numbered height positions. We use steel in steel constructions that significantly reinforce the corner points. In addition, our vertical main supports are not only bolted, but also welded. These are all subtleties that you don't see at first glance. However, we stick to our cautious statement of the maximum load of 350 kg. The power racks of the SQMIZE® SQ7 series are expandable. If you only buy the cage at the beginning, you can gradually invest in a number of options that complement the training spectrum in a step-by-step manner. We use so-called inserts in the SQ7.0 Power Rack series. It‘s a steel-in-steel construction that significantly reinforces the corner points. In addition, our vertical main beams are not only screwed, but also welded. These are all subtleties that cannot be seen at first glance.
Despite these reinforcing measures, we are sticking to our cautious value of the weight load of a maximum of 350 kg. Obviously, there is currently a trend to increase these values.
2. Large Training Area Inside the Rack
What are we doing better? All of our three Power Racks of the SQ7.0 series offer optimal space conditions. The overall dimensions are more generous. And if you take a closer look, you will also see that the interior (cage) and thus the training area of our series is significantly larger than comparable power racks.

Sure, a large lasered logo costs a lot extra. We went for it. It just looks good and underpins the unique quality of this series. Right down to the fine-grained anthracite powder coating, everything is just right with this series.

Très bon rack robuste
Ce rack est très robuste et stable comme dit précédemment. Toutes les vis sont ideny, il ne vous faudra qu'une clé a cliquet de 17mm. Il se monte rapidement et facilement.
La barre de traction a un très bon diamètre et un bon grip.
Je vais aussi acheté les bras de sécurité carré car les tubes ne sont pas pratique a installer mais ils font bien leur travail.
Je me demande s'il est possible d'utiliser les tiges sans utiliser les tubes en acier ?? Ça serai plus simple.
Je recommande vraiment ce rack il est de très bonne qualité et super stable mais en charge lourde. Un excellent achat !

Dieses Rack ist wie gesagt sehr robust und stabil. Alle Schrauben sind identisch, Sie benötigen nur eine 17mm Ratsche. Es ist schnell und einfach zusammenzubauen.
Die Klimmzugstange hat einen sehr guten Durchmesser und einen guten Griff.
Ich werde auch die quadratischen Sicherheitsarme kaufen, da die Rohre nicht praktisch zu installieren sind, aber ihre Arbeit gut machen.
Ich frage mich, ob es möglich ist, die Stangen ohne die Stahlrohre zu verwenden? Es wird einfacher sein.
Ich kann dieses Rack nur empfehlen, es ist von sehr guter Qualität und super stabil, aber unter starker Last. Ein toller Kauf!

Sehr stabil
Der Aufbau war einfach, alle Schrauben sind gleich lang, so konnte man sie auch nicht ausversehen vertauschen, praktisch ?? Auch ihne Weight-tree sehr stabil und halt meine 80kg locker an der Klimmzugstange aus, ohne auch nur im Ansatz zu wackeln. Da ich 1,80m groß bin, wäre ich gegen die Klimmzugstange gelaufen, wenn ich die Langhantel ablege, deshalb habe ich die Stange nicht vorne, sondern oben an den streben befestigt. Der Abstand der Löcher war zum Glück der selbe???? einziges Manko sind die Safetys.. Gerne würde ich mir eckige mit einem Gummischutz dazu kaufen, soweit ich weiß, gibts dich nicht passend zum Rack??♂️ 9/10??

Perfekt für niedrige Räume
Einfach aufzubauen und stabil und wertig. Perfekt für meinen Keller mit Deckenhöhe 2,06m. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

Super stabil und absolut top Qualität! Bin super zufrieden!
Hi! Ich habe mir das Rack gekauft, da ich mir ein home gym eingerichtet habe! Um es kurz zu machen: ich würde das Rack sofort wieder nehmen! Die Stabilität ist bombastisch! Gut, wer mit 500 kg Kniebeugen macht, könnte sich überlegen, auf eine höhere Ausführung zu schauen! Für Fortgeschrittene Fitness-Sportler, Bodybuilder und auch Kraftdreikämpfer, ich möchte sogar behaupten für Profis!!! reicht die Stabilität vom Rack garantiert leicht aus! kein Wackeln und Winden! Das Rack erfüllt mehr als gut seinen Zweck! Preis-Leistung ist der absolute Hammer! Vielen Dank!

Stabiles und kompaktes Kraftpaket 100% Empfehlungen
Dieses Rack ist einfach nur super. Es passt auch in die niedrigsten Räume und ist super stabil, hält bankdrücken, Kniebeugen locker jenseits der 150/ 200 kg Bereiche stand und fühlt sich einfach sicher an! Wie alle products von simple products eine 100 % Empfehlung!

Tolles Rack
Das 7.04 ist wirklich ein tolles Powerrack, welches auf Grund der geringen Bauhöhe auch in kleine Räume passt. Es ist sehr stabil, gut verarbeitet und bietet innen ausreichend Platz. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht ein bisschen. Schade ist nur, dass es für das 7.04 keinen Latzug gibt. Wenn der noch kommt ist es für niedrige Räume ideal!

Wertig und stabil.
Bisher sehr stabil, macht einen wertigen Eindruck, hat bisher schon 200kg Bankdrücken mit mehr als unsanften Re-Rack mühelos weggesteckt.
Lässt sich prima im Boden verschrauben und wackelt dann keinen Millimeter.

Stabil und günstig
Ich bin super zufrieden. Das Rack ist schnell aufgebaut und steht stabil. Besonders gut finde ich den Schutz auf den Safetys. Für niedrige Deckenhöhen kann ich dieses Rack nur empfehlen.
