SQMIZE® BBP-XS10 Training Bumper Plate 10 kg

The 10 kg plate is part of almost every session. As a pair it puts 20 kg on the bar, with a 20 kg barbell that makes 40 kg. That is a load with which technique blocks, complexes and accessory exercises can all be handled equally well.

Like the entire SQMIZE® BBP-XS series, it delivers studio quality at a discount price: odor-free, high-strength solid rubber compound in classic black.

The most versatile step

Hang cleans, thrusters, bent-over rows, barbell lunges: for all of these, the 10 kg plate is the right size. In complexes, the bar moves from exercise to exercise without reloading, and the switch from pulling to pushing movements runs smoothly. Shoulders, upper back and legs work together.

38 mm in combination

With a width of 38 mm, the 10 kg plate combines easily with the heavy steps of the series. The stainless steel inner ring has rounded edges and, with its 50.4 mm opening, fits any professional Olympic barbell with 50 mm sleeves. All of the weight is in the solid rubber, and the color pigments are mixed directly into the compound.

Control after the drop

86 Shore A ensures low bounce. After a drop from overhead, the bar settles quickly and is within reach for the next rep. The series has completed more than 15,000 drops in testing.

A word on toxic substances

In production, we do not use aromatic-rich plasticizer oils, from which polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) can be released. Declarations of conformity according to RoHS and REACH are available for the BBP-XS series.
