SQMIZE® BBP-XS20 Training Bumper Plate 20 kg

The 20 kg plate is the workhorse of every home gym. A pair puts 40 kg on the bar, together with a 20 kg barbell that makes 60 kg. From here, the heavy sets in squats, deadlifts and cleans begin for many.

The load for heavy sets

With two pairs of 20 kg plates the bar is at 100 kg, with three pairs at 140 kg. For deadlifts, squats and bench presses, the base load can be built up in just a few moves. Posterior chain, thighs and core work in these exercises under a load that supports real strength gains.

72 mm, densely packed

20 kg on a width of 72 mm: in the heavy steps the compound is packed more densely, so even high loads fit on the sleeve. The rounded stainless steel inner ring alone carries the connection to the bar and, with its 50.4 mm opening, fits any professional Olympic barbell with 50 mm sleeves. The color pigments are mixed directly into the rubber.

Impact and bounce

The solid rubber absorbs the impact, and 86 Shore A keeps the bounce low. After setting it down, the loaded bar stays within reach, set after set. The series has been through more than 15,000 drops in testing.

A word on toxic substances

In production, we do not use aromatic-rich plasticizer oils, from which polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) can be released. Declarations of conformity according to RoHS and REACH are available for the BBP-XS series.
