The Power Rack SQMIZE® NE700 offers you endless possibilities for an individual workout. With a mix of maximum flexibility and full control, the power rack will take your fitness level to a new level.

Instructions for using the training equipment:

Here you will find important information for correct posture and correct execution of the exercises with the power rack:

Rack Pulls: In the starting position, the barbell should be between the knee and lower back. The feet should be shoulder-width apart and parallel to each other, the hands again slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Avoid rounding your back during the exercise, as this can increase the risk of injury. The weight should be adjusted according to your abilities and resilience.
Pull-ups: Grasp the monkey bar shoulder-width apart or further apart, depending on your desired training focus. Then hang from the bar with your arms straight, tighten your core and pull yourself up in a controlled manner until your chin reaches the bar. Now lower yourself down slowly and in a controlled manner. It is important that you activate your shoulders and do not work out of momentum. A clean and smooth movement reduces the risk of injury.
Toes-to-Bar: Hold on to the monkey bar with straight arms, legs are straight. Again, tense your core and bring your feet to the bar with a controlled movement until they touch it. Now lower your legs slowly without losing body tension. Make sure to minimize momentum and instead work from the core strength. Maintaining a stable posture is crucial and prevents overloading the lower back.

Tips for training intensity with the Power Rack SQMIZE® NE700

You can increase the training intensity in a targeted manner by adjusting the weights individually. Start with slight increases using fractional plates and add-on plates, and then make greater progress using 50mm weight plates and bumper plates. To switch between strength endurance and maximum strength, it helps to vary the repetitions. Even small weight adjustments or a change in the number of repetitions will give you variety and provide targeted new stimuli for continuous muscle building.

Parallel bar dips: This exercise is easy to do with our SQMIZE® NE700D Dip Trainer, a handy addition to our SQMIZE® NE700 Fitness Rack. You will be supported by the two parallel bars. The body is held with arms straight, legs extended downwards. Lower the body by bending the elbows, then push yourself back up. This variant mainly trains the triceps and chest muscles.
Pin Press: A variation of the bench press in which you start the bar from the safety struts. Ideal for improving upper-body strength. The bar should be lowered to your chest in a controlled manner until it touches the safety bars. Then push the bar up explosively to reach the starting position.

Unschlagbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Vorab: wir sprechen hier von einem Gerät für den Heimgebrauch in der Klasse bis 300€. Dafür bekommt man in der Regel eine ausreichende bis gute Grundausstattung. Hier bekommt man noch ein bisschen mehr. Klar ist das Gerät bei diesem Preis "made in China". Aber: die Schweißnähte sind großzügig und sauber gesetzt. Die Lackierung macht ebenfalls einen soliden Eindruck und das Material selbst ist ausreichend und gleichmäßig dick. Auch an der Geradlinigkeit der Bauteile gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Versand erfolgt zügig, die Verpackung ist angemessen sparsam. Der Aufbau ist auch als Einzelperson in unter 45min zu schaffen. Zu zweit geht es sicherlich schneller und besser... Wenn das Teil steht, steht es fest und gerade. Da wackelt oder kippelt nichts. Super sind auch die zusätzlich erhältlichen Erweiterungen wie der Dip- Trainer oder die alternativen Ablagen. Das ist bei der Kategorie sonst eher die Ausnahme. Ob die 300kg Belastungsgrenze hält, werde ich in diesem Leben vermutlich nicht mehr herausfinden, für den ambitionierten Hobbysportler sollte das aber auf jeden Fall ausreichen.

Habe lange nach einem Preiswerten Power-Rack gesucht... Kaum welche in dieser „günstigen“ Preisklasse gefunden und trotzdem ein sehr hochwertiges Produkt das hält was es verspricht. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Stabiles Power Rack

Schnelle einwandfreie Lieferung. Gerät war in zwei Schachteln aufgeteilt. Aufbau ging zügig. Es steht stabil und für das Geld sind meine Erwartungen übertroffen worden. Freue mich sehr über dieses Rack und werde auch noch erweitern.

Sehr wertiges und stabiles Produkt

Habe vor kurzem dieses Power Rack für einen doch, wie ich finde, günstigen Preis erworben. Aufgrund des Preises gab es dann doch Zweifel bzgl. der Qualität. Doch diese Zweifel sind nach mehrmaligem Testen völlig unbegründet. Man erhält hier ein super Produkt, welches stabil und mit seiner Schlichtheit zu gleich auch noch optisch wertig wirkt. Ich bin froh dieses Produkt erworben zu haben und denke das ich mein Training dadurch weiter optimieren werde. Zur Lieferung kann ich sagen, dass diese verdammt schnell ging. Auch bei einem kleinen Makel (eine Sicherheitsstange war verbogen) wurde sofort der Austausch veranlasst. Der Kundenservice ist hier wirklich vorbildlich.

Für den Preis eine gute Qualität

Das Power Rack ist einfach und schnell aufgebaut. Möglich ist es, das alleine zu machen, deutlich schneller geht es zu zweit.
Es ist stabil und scheint zu halten. Auch das verstellen ist einfach gemacht.
Für unseren Keller mit niedriger Deckenhöhe, ist es perfekt geeignet, da sehr niedrig Dank umgeschraubter Monkeybar.

Supertolles Trainingsgerät, eignet sich perfekt für alle Grundübungen, bin begeistert! Aufbau ist total easy, komplett alleine aufgebaut! Alle Löcher passten, nichts wackelt! Kann frei im Raum stehen, muss nicht mal befestigt werden!
