Here you will find important information for correct posture and correct execution of the exercises with the power rack:

Rack Pulls: In the starting position, the barbell should be between the knee and lower back. The feet should be shoulder-width apart and parallel to each other, the hands again slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Avoid rounding your back during the exercise, as this can increase the risk of injury. The weight should be adjusted according to your abilities and resilience.
Pull-ups: Grasp the monkey bar shoulder-width apart or further apart, depending on your desired training focus. Then hang from the bar with your arms straight, tighten your core and pull yourself up in a controlled manner until your chin reaches the bar. Now lower yourself down slowly and in a controlled manner. It is important that you activate your shoulders and do not work out of momentum. A clean and smooth movement reduces the risk of injury.
Toes-to-Bar: Hold on to the monkey bar with straight arms, legs are straight. Again, tense your core and bring your feet to the bar with a controlled movement until they touch it. Now lower your legs slowly without losing body tension. Make sure to minimize momentum and instead work from the core strength. Maintaining a stable posture is crucial and prevents overloading the lower back.

Tips for training intensity with the Power Rack SQMIZE® NE700

You can increase the training intensity in a targeted manner by adjusting the weights individually. Start with slight increases using fractional plates and add-on plates, and then make greater progress using 50mm weight plates and bumper plates. To switch between strength endurance and maximum strength, it helps to vary the repetitions. Even small weight adjustments or a change in the number of repetitions will give you variety and provide targeted new stimuli for continuous muscle building.

Parallel bar dips: This exercise is easy to do with our SQMIZE® NE700D Dip Trainer, a handy addition to our SQMIZE® NE700 Fitness Rack. You will be supported by the two parallel bars. The body is held with arms straight, legs extended downwards. Lower the body by bending the elbows, then push yourself back up. This variant mainly trains the triceps and chest muscles.
Pin Press: A variation of the bench press in which you start the bar from the safety struts. Ideal for improving upper-body strength. The bar should be lowered to your chest in a controlled manner until it touches the safety bars. Then push the bar up explosively to reach the starting position.

Alles was man braucht!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem günstigen Powerrack! Für den Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Aufbau geht ohne Probleme und ist alleine mit ein bisschen Geschick in weniger als einer Stunde erledigt. Ich nutze das Powerrack vorwiegend für Klimmzüge! Kniebeugen, Bankdrücken, Schulterdrücken sind aber auch ohne Probleme möglich! Für meine Kinder wird gelegentlich eine Schaukel oder eine Strickleiter dran gehängt, so dass auch sie ihren Spaß damit haben! Auch dabei steht das Rack sehr stabil! Ich habe mir zusätzlich noch die Erweiterung für Dips bestellt!

Excellent matériel. Qualité pro à un prix attractif. Malheureusement, je voulais acheter la station de tirage associé à ce Rack de Squat mais elle avait été victime de son succès... En espérant qu'elle arrive prochainement pour que mon entrainement puisse être complet.

Hochwertig verarbeitet, sehr stabiles Rack. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Ich habe viel Zeit investiert. Verschiedene Anbieter und Angebote verglichen und bin dann aber letztendlich immer wieder bei diesem Rack von simple products gelandet. Ich habe mir schon eine Langhantel bei simple products gekauft und war von den Verarbeitung bei günstigem Anschaffungspreis sehr angetan. Deshalb fiel es mich umso leichter, mich für das Rack NE700 zu entscheiden.

Das Rack selbst wurde in 2 Kartons via GLS geliefert (jeweils c. 40Kg schwer). Es gibt keine richtige Aufbauanleitung, sondern nur eine Explosionszeichnung. Man muss sich also etwas hineindenken. Ansonsten geht der Aufbau recht zügig, ich habe alleine 2 Stunden dafür gebraucht. Wenn man auf die Löcher (Vorne, Hinten, Oben, Unten …) der Träger achtet, dann kann auch nichts schief gehen.

Das Rack macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Es ist hochwertige verarbeitet und ordentlich geschweißt. Die Monkeybar ist eine Genugtuung. Ich kann nur sagen, es macht ordentlich Spaß. Ich habe mir noch zwei weitere J-Cups und zwei Safety Bars bestellt. Bei den J-Cups ist das Plastik etwas unsauber verarbeitet, was die Funktion aber nicht weiter einschränkt.

Ein wirklich tolles Rack. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es möglich ist, soviel Qualität für einen solchen Preis zu erhalten. Chapeau!

sehr überrascht

Ich muss ehrlich sein hatte für den Preis keine sehr hohen Erwartungen aber ich bin positiv überrascht worden Verpackung und Qualität sind super der Aufbau war alleine zu bewerkstelligen und ich glaube nicht das man für das Geld was besseres bekommt mein Bruber hat die NE770 die kleine steht ihr aber in nichts nach meiner Meinung ist die Monkey Bar der 700 besser als die der großen da auch die Außenstangen profiliert sind einzig die Ablagen für die Langhantel sind der Unterschied habe mir aber sowieso gleich ein paar mitbestellt ich kann das Rack nur empfehlen

Great Price /Quality Product- HIghly recomment it

My weight is 76 Kilo and my height is 1.69 .
It's build very Solid, it has a little bit of movement but other than that SOLID!. Very happy with it and I can recommend it. I also bought the dip trainer with it and I can say that this for sure is excellent quality price.

Super Power Rack

Bei dem Preis habe ich keine großen Erwartungen gehabt, aber ich bin absolut nicht enttäuscht worden. Der Aufbau war einfach, das Material ist gut und auch bei dynamischen Übungen steht das Rack stabil. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Kann mich nur den Vorschreibern nur anschließen. Dieses Rack entspricht genau meiner Vorstellung. Stabil und sehr gute Verarbeitung. Auch ein Telefonat mit einem Mitarbeiter von simpleproducts war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Grund eines Druckfehlers in der Preisauszeichnung bot man mir dieses Rack 30€ günstiger an. Also einen besseren Service habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
