Ermöglicht mehr Ablage direkt am Rack

Finde ich eine super Ergänzung zum Rack um mehr Übungen gleichzeitig zu machen und meine Langhantel direkt abzulegen. Spart mir etwas das umräumen und gibt auch insgesamt mehr Stabilität.

Wenn man die Monkey Klimmzugstange hat, kann man auch die standard Klimmzugstange hier als Verbindungselement einbauen. Was mir gelegen kommt, weil ich nach Übungen die die Wirbelsäule belasten gerne kurz etwas hänge.
