Belt squats have the advantage over conventional squats that they place less strain on the knees and back and allow the leg muscles to be isolated much better. The SQMIZE® SQ-S955-BSM belt squat supplement can be easily installed on any post and its height can be adjusted at any time using the plug-in mechanism. Weight plates with a diameter of up to 450 mm, such as bumper plates, also fit. With the appropriate handles, exercises such as rowing in forward bend and deadlifts can be performed excellently.
